In the inaugural season any player with at least 0.1 innings pitched or at least 1 AB in the Major Leagues and not selected by a franchise in its initial keepers will be considered a Free Agent and eligible to be selected in the LOPD to fill your 40 man roster.
At the end of the season any player that is a Free Agent in real life is also a free agent in this league. Unless a GM elects to use one of his 2 Free Agent exemptions on this player.
If you have a player on your Moonlight Graham 40 man roster that is arbitration eligible you will have until _____________ to decide if you will retain that player or send them to the league free agency pool.
If you elect to retain that player you will have make sure that you have the cap space to retain him at what his real life arbitration award is or new contract is worth. If you go over your cap space you will have to make a roster move to come back into your cap space.
