All players who are not kept and have at least 0.1 IP or 1 AB in MLB will then go into the Initial Player Draft. This draft will be a snake draft and consist of 21 rounds. Draft order for the Initial Player Draft will be randomly chosen. Draft picks will be tradable following verification of all keepers.
