A few general questions about the draft process:
1) Can we trade our draft spots?
2) If a player has just finished out his contract with that team, can we claim him as part of our selected franchise or does any unrestricted free agent automatically go into the FA pool?
3) Players with arbitration coming up vs. a PP contract? Are we required to select which contract we take right now or can we wait until the arbitration process plays out?
