Every team will have $120M 40 man roster salary cap, and a $4M Minor league roster salary Cap.
All salaries will be determined by that players real life MLB salary, we will use Cots Contracts for salary information.
At the end of World Series Play, GM's will have the option to issue 2 Free Agent Exemptions if they choose too. For example if a particular team has 5 MLB players whose contracts are expiring, the GM can keep 2 of them on his roster but has to do so at his real life contract price.
