are we allowed to claim players with no MLB time? I thought they had to have at least one at bat or inninng pitched?

Players need to have at least 1 MLB at bat or 1 MLB inning pitched to be claimed. Players that do not have the AB or IP remain property of their parent clubs, until they achieve that 1 AB or 1 IP, at which time they need to be protected by their parent clubs or risk being claimed.
