Each year following the completion of the regular season, several housekeeping task need to be completed regarding each Franchise Roster.
1. All players who contract has expired, must be listed in the free agent thread to become available for the next free agent draft.
2. Franchise exemptions must be documented in the Free Agent Exemption thread.
3. Contracts must be updated.
4. Any player on your minor league roster on the last day of the regular season, that has accumulated 50 innings pitched or 150 AB's must be promoted to your 40 man roster or released (without Penelty)
